A company is looking for a Talent Partner (GTM). Key Responsibilities Lead 2-4 active searches per month for GTM and G&A functions Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and source qualified candidates Implement structured interviewing processes to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand Required Qualifications 2-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in agency or fast-paced in-house environments Experience hiring for tech startups across Series A-D Exceptional sourcing skills and ability to effectively target passive candidates Strong project management skills with the ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of identifying and closing exceptional talent in GTM, Product, and G&A roles
