Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of marketing programs and provide operational support for marketing activities Prepare reports, perform audits, and produce necessary documents to ensure accurate communication Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with specialized business or administrative training required Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible operational experience or equivalent education and experience Experience in Customer Relationship Management in marketing organizations preferred Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated ability in providing operational support and customer care required
