A company is looking for a Task Manager (NSW SERE). Key Responsibilities Oversee execution of task orders, ensuring technical and quality control Manage business relations and coordinate activities to ensure contract compliance Document and address contractor performance issues, developing corrective action plans as needed Required Qualifications Must have and maintain a Secret Security Clearance Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Contract or Task Manager for a similar scope At least 3 years' experience as a SERE Level C instructor or equivalent Strong understanding of IDIQ contract structures and federal acquisition regulations Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous task orders or programs
