A company is looking for a Team Lead, Support Service.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure team production exceeds department standards and monitor for accuracy and timeliness
Motivate employees to enhance production and establish performance measures
Address questions, complaints, and concerns, and report any issues affecting team or project operations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of experience in a relevant field
Knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD-9&10 codes, HCFAs, UB04s, HCPCS, DRGs, and authorizations/referrals
Working knowledge of billing processes
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
