Tech Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Tech Support Engineer - Fintech (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot Level 1 technical issues reported by clients, ensuring timely resolution
Assist clients with connecting to APIs and provide guidance during the onboarding process
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure client success
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in technical support or a related role, preferably in fintech or payment solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
Knowledge of payment processing systems, APIs, and integrations
Familiarity with REST APIs and troubleshooting API-related issues
Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
