A company is looking for a Technical Education Manager to direct training programs for clinical and technical staff. Key Responsibilities Oversees the design and implementation of Dialysis Technical training for staff Collaborates with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement Tracks and reports on educational program data and recommends updates to policies and procedures Required Qualifications and Education Associates Degree or higher required National Biomedical Certification required within 18 months of hire Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the Dialysis Field as a Technician Preferred background as a technical services trainer or educator for 2-3 years Successful completion of the Technical Education Program within 18 months of accepting the position
