Technical Engagement Analyst
A company is looking for a Technical Engagement Analyst to provide technical client support and enhance data integration for existing clients. Key Responsibilities Act as a technical point of escalation for cross-functional teams Support existing client changes involving location and pay code additions Perform operational reviews to recommend improvements to client data exchanges Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in technical account management or client-facing technical support Ability to adapt in a product knowledge-heavy environment Knowledge of Dell Boomi or willingness to learn Experience troubleshooting sFTP, API, and data concerns Capacity to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
