Technical Product Analyst
A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst I to provide technical customer service for software products.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor support ticketing system and manage incoming client cases to resolution
Participate in meetings and collaborative engagements focused on client issues and case resolution
Seek out training opportunities to enhance product knowledge
Required Qualifications
1+ year of Help Desk and/or customer service experience
1+ year of scripting experience (SQL, Progress, Powershell, etc.)
1+ year of Basic PC Troubleshooting and/or Repair experience
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office suite
Must be 18 years of age or older
