Key Responsibilities

Proven success in sourcing and securing highly cleared candidates for technical roles
Expertise in active and passive sourcing methods, including engagement with professional networks
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and clearance-focused job boards
Strong knowledge of government contracting and proposal-based recruiting strategies
