Technical Service Agent
A company is looking for a Technical Service Agent to support customers with home charging equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for customer challenges related to home charging equipment
Manage cases within Salesforce, documenting interactions and coordinating with logistics for parts ordering
Provide training and technical guidance to team members and service partners, contributing to process improvements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an electrician or with electrical components; EV charging equipment experience is a plus
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce
Associate/Trade degree in a related field or four years of equivalent electrical experience
Valid driver's license
