Key Responsibilities Reviews coverage, liability, and damages on complex bodily injury cases with policy limits of $250,000 and greater Ensures effective litigation handling with appropriate defense on large loss cases Evaluates and settles high value, high risk, and high complexity claims Required Qualifications Experience handling high exposure, litigated bodily injury claims of $250,000 minimum Preferred background in Commercial and Personal Auto, Homeowner, and/or General Liability Strong skills in coverage, liability, and damages evaluations/investigations Ability to manage a diverse inventory of claims at various stages of their life cycle Experience in partnership with defense in complex claims
