A company is looking for a Technical Service Specialist. Key Responsibilities Assess and improve troubleshooting processes impacting customer experience Provide guidance on installations, preventative maintenance, and lead troubleshooting efforts via phone and email Communicate opportunity areas and feedback to internal teams for process improvements Required Qualifications Ability to learn and understand hardware and software systems for effective troubleshooting Proficiency in independent judgment and decision-making for improvement recommendations Ability to multitask and manage various customer support tasks simultaneously Knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Netsuite is a plus College degree preferred
