Technical Success Manager
A company is looking for a Technical Success Manager to drive customer success and engagement with their products.
Key Responsibilities
Articulate the gap between the client's current and desired states and create custom presentations for key accounts
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and provide strategic advice to help them achieve success
Proactively identify customer needs, facilitate training, and manage expectations regarding product usage and support
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as Pre-Sales or Technical Account Management
Experience with SaaS and a mix of business and technical acumen
Familiarity with technologies like OCR, Intelligent Document Processing, or Enterprise Automation
Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar platforms
