Technology Support Technician
A company is looking for an Associate Technology Support Technician to provide level one technical support for technology products and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provides first level technical support to resolve problems with products and applications
Performs tracking and documentation of problem details, service request status, and resolutions
Analyzes and prioritizes incoming requests, attempting to resolve problems and routing as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of coursework or program focused on relevant technology-related skills
Experience in customer service
Associate's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field (preferred)
1 year of experience providing first level support for IT systems (preferred)
