Key Responsibilities
Support the administration of the Team Member Housing program, ensuring efficient coordination of leasing activities
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from on-site teams and regional liaisons, ensuring compliance with program procedures
Assist with data accuracy, conduct audits, and compile reports to enhance program efficiency and team member satisfaction
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of on-site operations experience required
Knowledge and experience in multi-family property management
High School diploma or GED, or equivalent employment history demonstrating relevant experience
Proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi, Real Page, Entrata, or One Site)
Strong organizational and planning skills to execute housing lease responsibilities
