Temporary HRIS Analyst
A company is looking for a Temporary HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HRIS support and troubleshoot complex system issues while managing data cleanup projects
Maintain and improve Power BI dashboard, ensuring timely updates and creating reports to support business decision-making
Collaborate with IT and HR partners on process improvements, compliance, and documentation of HR-related processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred in HR, IT, or Computer Science
2-4 years of experience in Human Resources with HRIS support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Minimum 2 years of experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom, Workday) and data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and learning new systems
