A company is looking for a Temporary Leave of Absence Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer all leave requests, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support regarding leave policies and maintain accurate leave records
Coordinate with payroll for accurate leave payments and communicate with team members about their leave status
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
5 years of direct experience with leave of absence, FMLA, and accommodations
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations
Knowledge of Workday preferred, or proficiency in another HRIS/CMS
