Key Responsibilities Administer and manage the Zendesk environment and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Coordinate the launch of new features and provide technical support for Zendesk CRM applications Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials for Zendesk usage Required Qualifications 5+ years of System or Application Administration experience 3+ years of experience with Zendesk development and integrations 3+ years of advanced knowledge of developer tools including Zendesk SDK and API Associate or higher degree in a related field Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desired
