A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with a TN license required. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret patient care notes for prior authorization and care plan recommendations Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies for side effects or medication-related issues Oversee daily activities of support personnel and ensure compliance with regulations Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree Licensed Pharmacist in Tennessee 2+ years of experience preferred but not required Knowledge of complex/chronic disease states and therapies used within specialty pharmacy Commitment to obtaining additional licensure if necessary
