Key Responsibilities Receives and reviews patient OASIS assessments for assigned care centers Reviews OASIS patient status items for completeness and accuracy against related documentation Identifies educational needs regarding OASIS/documentation and communicates them to leadership Required Qualifications Current unencumbered license to practice as an RN One year of ICD-9 or ICD-10 coding and OASIS experience HCSD or BCHH-C ICD-10 certification OASIS (COS-C/HCS-O) certification
