Director of Technical Account Management
A company is looking for a Director of Technical Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of people managers overseeing global Technical Account Managers (TAMs)
Drive alignment between TAM efforts and broader Customer Success, Product, and Sales strategies
Develop and execute playbooks for customer adoption, expansion, and value realization
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Architecture roles, with at least 3 years in people leadership
Proven track record of leading and scaling global teams focused on technical adoption and account growth
Deep understanding of cloud/SaaS technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Strong executive presence and ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders
Analytical and process-oriented with a data-driven approach to performance and customer impact
