7+ years in technical support, customer success, or solution architecture roles, including 3+ years in leadership
Experience in platform or integration-heavy SaaS companies
Strong understanding of technical requirements and scalable implementation paths
Proven ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
Analytical mindset with experience in data-informed decision-making
