A company is looking for a Bodily Injury - Attorney Rep Adjuster. Key Responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto liability claims involving severe injuries and damages Request and review medical records, negotiate settlements, and prepare necessary documentation Assess claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as needed Required Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or 5 years of related experience in bodily injury claims Active Adjuster's license Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience in the non-standard auto industry is a plus Familiarity with relevant forms, procedures, and regulations
