A company is looking for a Call Center LVN.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from patients and medical staff, addressing inquiries and requests
Assist with appointment scheduling, medical records requests, and issue resolution
Document calls and actions taken within core systems and verify patient information
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED
Unrestricted LVN/LPN license in applicable states
2+ years of clinical LVN experience in a clinic or hospital setting
Solid computer experience, including data entry and screen navigation
Desire to work with the elderly and ability to respond to patient inquiries
