Key Responsibilities Interpret and verify medication orders accurately in the pharmacy system Monitor drug therapy regimens and provide clinical consultations to healthcare practitioners Lead and develop pharmacy clinical services, including drug consults and antimicrobial management programs Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist or 5 years of general hospital pharmacy experience BCPS certification or other Board of Pharmacy Specialty (BPS) certification Current Registered Pharmacist license in Texas or proof of Authorization to Test (ATT) from Texas State Board of Pharmacy ACLS/PALS and NALS certification required for critical care/ED positions
