A company is looking for an Attorney, Principal - Labor & Employment Law. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic legal advice on a range of employment law issues to HR and business leaders Draft and review employment-related documents and oversee employment-related certifications Manage employment disputes and litigation matters, including coordinating with outside counsel Required Qualifications Juris Doctorate with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 5+ years of experience in employment law counseling and litigation Prior experience as in-house counsel preferred Expertise in U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulations
