A company is looking for a Pre-Kidney RN Transplant Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Perform and document physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments of patients Develop and coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care based on patient assessments and needs Provide education and support to patients and families, ensuring understanding of care plans and post-discharge needs Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in nursing 3 to 4 years of Medical/Surgical or Intensive Care experience Current Texas RN license or NLC Nursing Licensure Compact Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an accredited organization Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
