A company is looking for a Tier 2 Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician. Key Responsibilities Provide troubleshooting and technical support to maintain customer satisfaction Support continuous network monitoring and optimize network performance Identify and resolve network hardware or software issues affecting end-user communication Required Qualifications High school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in IT or network operations U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance Proficiency in Networking, AWS, and Linux Experience in a Tier 2 role within an enterprise-level IT or Network Operations Center Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
