Trade Spend Deduction Manager

A company is looking for a Trade Accounting Manager. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end process of trade spend deductions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution Investigate, validate, and dispute unauthorized or invalid deductions with customers Monitor deduction trends and identify root causes to reduce future invalid claims Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in trade spend, deductions management, accounts receivable, or finance in a CPG, retail, or manufacturing environment Strong understanding of trade promotions, deductions, and charge backs in CPGs Experience with customer portals and deduction management tools (e.g., Confido, HighRadius) Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) Experience in distributor deductions and familiarity with broker commission processing
