Training Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Training Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of the Program Management Development Program (PMDP) and oversee curriculum development
Lead the tactical rollout of new training courses and maintain the training roadmap
Coordinate training communications and promote knowledge-sharing across the program management community
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Learning & Development, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management as a mid-level PM
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in tools such as Teams, Workday, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 apps
US citizenship required with the ability to obtain security clearance as needed
