Key Responsibilities:
Lead the client-facing onboarding process, ensuring excellent client experience and clear communication of project milestones
Oversee data migration and synchronization for accurate client setup
Provide post-implementation support and facilitate a seamless transition to the operations team
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in payroll processing, focusing on multi-country implementations
2+ years of experience in payroll implementation and project management
Experience with data migration and synchronization
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
Must be located in North America
