Trust and Safety Lead
A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Lead, Player Support. Key Responsibilities Design programs and policies to encourage positive player behavior and ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements Investigate violations of Terms of Service and conduct routine audits of enforcement implementations Serve as an escalation point for sensitive issues and lead training for direct reports Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Trust and Safety role with policy design and compliance exposure 1+ years of experience managing direct reports and performance management Knowledge of relevant regulations related to Trust and Safety compliance and data privacy Experience responding to government investigative agencies regarding reported crimes
