Key Responsibilities
Manage Trust and Safety incident tickets and develop sustainable systems for robotic delivery
Collaborate with various teams to address quality and relational issues while promoting positive outcomes
Utilize data to identify and address gaps in policy enforcement and operational workflows
Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in Trust and Safety or related roles in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplaces
Bachelor's Degree
Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
Experience in program management and building efficient systems and processes
