UM/UIM Litigation Adjuster
A company is looking for a UM/UIM Represented/Litigation Adjuster to handle complex claims remotely. Key Responsibilities Investigate and manage complex, represented claims, including UM/UIM claims and specialized claims Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers while maintaining accurate documentation Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively through various channels to guide clients through the claims process Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in liability investigations and bodily injury claim evaluations preferred Casualty claim handling experience is required Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation
