A company is looking for a Universal Sales Representative to work in an inside sales role, selling and supporting dental savings plans. Key Responsibilities Identify consumer needs and recommend appropriate dental savings plans Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance goals in a high-performing environment Educate consumers on plan features, benefits, and the enrollment process while documenting all call information Required Qualifications 2-3 years of Call Center Sales experience High-energy personality with a passion for helping others Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas and performance metrics Bilingual (English and Spanish) or multilingual is a plus Ability to work a regular 40-hour schedule with potential overtime during high-volume periods
