Help Desk Support
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk representative.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the front line of the Client Support Team by answering inbound support inquiries and engaging with clients via a ticketing system
Respond to and resolve inbound partner and merchant support tickets, maintaining SLAs and tracking ticket status
Collaborate with internal teams, maintain customer records, and contribute to the external communication library
Required Qualifications
1+ year in a customer support, help desk, or IT support role or comparable customer-facing role
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Exposure to financial software or payment systems is a plus
