Vice President of Customer Engineering
A company is looking for a Vice President of CX Customer Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Solutions Engineering function across multiple product lines and customer segments
Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable SaaS and telecommunications solutions
Build and manage a high-performing solutions engineering team while fostering a collaborative environment
Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in sales engineering within the UCaaS and CCaaS industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
Strong experience in managing and scaling technical teams in a dynamic environment
In-depth knowledge of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies, and telecommunications systems
Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources for successful project delivery
