A company is looking for an HR Director - GMO (REMOTE Central or Eastern Timezone).
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Global Marketing leadership to implement People strategies that support business goals
Review metrics related to talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention to attract and retain top talent
Lead organizational change initiatives to enhance agility and effectiveness while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources within the Tech market
Extensive knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
Proven experience with direct or indirect management of HR teams and influencing stakeholders
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to align HR initiatives with business goals
