A company is looking for a Vice President of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management processes
Develop and administer compensation plans and ensure compliance with employment laws
Drive organizational change and improve employee engagement and retention initiatives
Required Qualifications
A 4-year degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related area
10+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
5+ years of experience in the insurance and/or technology industry preferred
Experience with public companies and knowledge of public reporting requirements
A proven track record of business improvement and a collaborative mindset
