A company is looking for a VP of Strategic Account Management to drive growth and deepen relationships with Enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers to exceed targets Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while developing strategies to expand customer relationships Track performance metrics and assist in contract negotiations to ensure favorable agreements Required Qualifications University or Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of strategic account management experience and 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership Strong understanding of the human resources software/e-learning industry Proven ability to hire, train, and coach Sales/Account Executives Demonstrated success in growing a business and accurately forecasting sales results
