OpenScape Engineer
A company is looking for an OpenScape Contact Center Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily customer calls for MAC and Service related to OSCC & OSV issues
Provide onsite operational support for system and application version upgrades and patch upgrades
Plan and coordinate departmental moves and small construction projects, maintaining documentation and databases
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with 10 years relevant experience
7-8+ years of relevant experience in IT services and applications
Strong technical skills in AD, DNS, NTP, SMTP, and OpenScape Portfolio
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and build relationships with customers
Team player willing to mentor junior resources
