A company is looking for a Vice President of Tax. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to determine optimal tax structuring for complex investment transactions Oversee preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for various fund entities Develop framework for internal tax estimates and tax planning for managed funds Required Qualifications 5-7 years of tax experience in private and public accounting, particularly with private equity or hedge fund clients Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting and CPA required Prior experience managing tax compliance, planning, and reporting for complex organizations Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
