Key Responsibilities Analyze communications processed by VIP Customer Support Agents and VIP Account Managers Provide detailed feedback on performance and collaborate on Performance Improvement Plans Inform management about urgent cases and suggest improvements for communication processes Required Qualifications Advanced level of English and Spanish At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Account Management Experience with customer communication tools, preferably Intercom and Unitalk Background in Gambling/Betting and/or advanced sports knowledge Experience working with multinational teams to optimize processes
