Virginia Administrative Assistant
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support Field Team Operations Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and information to enhance the effectiveness of Field Team Operations Managers
Plan team meetings, manage expense reports, and analyze data in WISE reports
Represent the Managers in interactions with internal management, staff, clients, and vendors
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Google applications
Experience in time management, organization, scheduling, and project coordination
Strong administrative writing and reporting skills
Knowledge of Medicaid Waivers is a plus
Must reside in Virginia and be available for occasional in-person meetings
