HR Generalist
A company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support HR operations in a fast-paced wholesale data center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment processes, including job descriptions, candidate screening, and onboarding
Address employee relations and promote a positive work culture through engagement initiatives
Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records
Required Qualifications
Multi-state HR experience, preferably in California, New York, or Illinois
Experience in organizations with a mix of exempt and nonexempt populations
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
2-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in technical or industrial environments
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
