HR Generalist
A company is looking for an HR Generalist responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
Assist in new hire onboarding processes and act as a point of contact for employee relations
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
2-4 years of HR generalist experience
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
Foundational understanding of HR laws and regulations
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
