Virginia Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Utilization Management Behavioral Health. Key Responsibilities Coordinates and communicates with providers, members, or other parties to facilitate optimal care and treatment Manages resources, approach, and tactical operations for departmental projects and initiatives Conducts briefings and area meetings, maintaining frequent contact with other managers across the department Required Qualifications Active unrestricted registered nurse license in Virginia or a participating eNLC state, or active unrestricted LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP license in Virginia Minimum two years of post-degree clinical experience in direct patient care Minimum one year of case management and/or rehabilitative counseling experience Minimum one year of clinical supervisory experience, such as team lead or charge nurse Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues in a remote environment
