A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Integrity Educator Auditor. Key Responsibilities Oversees education plans and delivers training to the CDI team on compliance and documentation principles Establishes and completes internal CDI audit plans to ensure adherence to documentation and coding practices Performs health record reviews to ensure accurate and complete documentation, and assists in the development of educational materials for providers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing or a healthcare-related field Five years of professional inpatient acute care or coding experience Four years of experience in Inpatient CDI, DRG assurance, or coding work CDI certification (CCDS or CDIP) is required Licensure as an RN, RHIA/RHIT, or equivalent foreign medical school documentation
