Virginia Licensed Customer Service Associate
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Associate to provide administrative and clerical support to the operations and account management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate information in response to service team and client requests
Process requests from clients for policy documents, proofs of insurance, and claims history
Assist with processing policy changes and support the operations team with various projects
Required Qualifications
Ability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty License within 90 days of the start date
High School Diploma
Insurance experience preferred
Computer proficiency, including agency database software and MS Office products
Strong customer service orientation
