Key Responsibilities
Lead the Virtual Sales Team to ensure profitable growth and customer retention
Recruit, onboard, and train new associates while managing team performance and execution of duties
Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction and optimize processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or proven track record in a growth portfolio
3-5 years of experience in the Performance Materials Industry, preferably in sales
2+ years of management or supervisory experience, with internal organizational knowledge accepted
B2B sales supervision experience required
Strong leadership skills in mentoring and motivating teams
