Senior HR Compliance Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior HR Compliance & Project Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of HR compliance strategies and processes
Manage high-priority HR projects from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives
Conduct audits of HR processes and regulatory requirements, providing recommendations for compliance enhancement
Required Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on compliance and/or project management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Strong ability to interpret and apply employment laws and develop company policies for compliance
Excellent analytical and technical skills
