Voice Administrator
A company is looking for a Voice Administrator responsible for supporting and maintaining global telephony systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain existing voice solutions and migrate to modern, cloud-based systems
Design and implement global voice standards and provide training to end users
Produce reports on usage, performance, and call quality while managing Service Desk tickets
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience configuring and supporting voice solutions
In-depth knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based telephony equipment
Experience with CISCO Call Manager and voicemail systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms and meetings is advantageous
Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams with limited supervision
